SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW WHEN SHOPPING AT ACE AUTOS

• OUR CARS: We have a huge selection of Vehicles available. Most of which are UK & Japanese Imports. These vehicles are European Manufactured cars and are the exact same as the Irish models. Once the car has a 17 Digit chassis number it is no different to your typical Irish car. Sample reg numbers can be provided or found online to source an accurate Insurance quotation for unregistered Vehicles.

 

• WARRANTY: We have many Warranty Options available at Ace Autos – our most Popular would be the 12 Month Extension option. These policy’s range between the AA & Mapfres comprehensive selections. All of the Extended Warranty information is emailed to you on collection. Please note that Ace Autos is liable for the first 14 days of all extended warranty policy’s. Customers will be required to sign the warranty agreement prior to the collection of their new car.

 

• SPARE KEYS: As we mainly deal in the used car sector, please understand that a second key is not always guaranteed. Some cars some with 1, 2 and even 3 Keys. Please don’t always expect a second key as this is out of our control. Spare keys can be sourced at the customer’s expense or worked into a particular deal.

 

• THE PREPARATION: After placing your deposit please allow adequate time for your new car to be ready for collection. For certain models it may take up to 14 days for VRT (Vehicle Registration Tax) prices to come back from Revenue. All cars will undergo the following: A Full Mechanical Checkover, An NCT test, Full Service, Full Valet. Some of these may already be done which will speed up the turn around time but please allow up to 14 Working days for your new car to be ready for collection.

 

• TRADE INS: All trade in valuations can be provided through our online Automated WhatsApp system – 083-8003968 – for a quotation please send over photos, mileage and relevant information and a guide figure will be sent back in due time. Please note that all Trade in valuations are estimates until the car has been fully inspected. All trade ins must be clear of Finance, Crash History and mileage discrepancies. When trading in your Vehicle please make sure you present the VRC (Vehicle registration Certificate)

 

• PURCHASING WITH ACE AUTOS: All cars require a €1,000 Holding deposit for the car to be reserved. All of our stock is fully available until the deposit has been placed. We cannot hold any vehicle without a Deposit. After placing your deposit you must confirm the new owners full name & address. These are the details that will be issued on all documentation and cannot be amended, please ensure the spelling and details are correct. Deposits are only required when the customer is 100% happy to proceed as they are non refundable.

 

• COLLECTION: The collection process is extremely simple. For final payments please understand that these options are acceptable:
  – Bank Draft (Made out to Ace Autos)
  – Bank Transfer (Made 24 Hours prior to collection)
  – The bank details are listed on the purchase invoice.
  – Finance: Please make sure you have received Pay out confirmation from the Dealership
  – Card Payment Limits:

  BOI – €25,000 Per Day

  AIB – €7,000 Per Day

  PTSB – €2,000 Per Day

  REVOLUT – €10,000 Per Day

 

All cars must be paid for in full before customer collection or Delivery.

All documentation regarding Road tax, Logbooks, Warranty Information & service requirements are provided on collection.
