Bought my dream car from these guys a month ago & could not be happier. I choose to pay full price which came with a 12 month warranty which is like a separate insurance. It's well worth it for peace of mind. Have not had one problem with this car. It's in mint condition. My sales person was Nathan & he makes the sale process so easy. I basically rang up with a deposit which secured the car until I collected a few days later. Nathan had everything ready & explained everything perfectly. I have recommended these loads since & wish I'd known about them years ago. Superb outfit with valet services & mechanical services on site.

Could not recommend Nathan an his team any more. The service from start to finish was absolutely outstanding, after I took the car home I realized I wanted a particular software for connecting my phone to the car , I called Nathan to ask his advice on where I could get this , not only did he organize someone to drive two hours down to me to add it to the car he also covered the cost of it, the car is so immaculate it’s like a brand new one only out of the showroom. I was so impressed by the service I recommend him to a friend who received the same excellent treatment as I did and purchased a car as soon as she viewed it. Whenever I do go to upgrade the car without any hesitation I will be returning to Nathan. 10/10 from start to finish! Will be recommending to any one I know who’s going to change there car!

0 Ratings. We bought a Toyota Vitz last month. That vehicle doesn't have any side mirror adjustment. When I approached them, they simply said that the car's side mirrors adjust by hand. How is that possible? I don't understand. Very poor customer service. I will never recommend them to anyone."

Absolutely fantastic service. Drove away in my 1 series m sport today for a nice 222km trip home, and I'm thinking of reasons to get driving again. I brought my boss with me on the day of the viewing and again today for collection as, I'm sure women will agree, we tend to get taken for a ride when buying a new car (pun intended), but we are both so impressed with the customer service and quality of vehicles on offer here. The drive up is nothing in comparison. From the bathroom in the office to the display mats under the cars outside, the quailty of ACE is impecable. Without a doubt, I will be back here again whether it's with friends I'm going to recommend to, or when it comes time to upgrade again.

I bought a car in January and have asked for a some parts that were missing on several occasions, just been fobbed off. The car after only driving 400 has now got several faults tried contacting the dealer only to be ghosted. Please be careful of buying a car from this dealer as soon as you hand over the money, the dealer is done. Which is the opposite of why I wanted to buy from a dealer. Lesson learned just advice for anyone thinking of buying a car here.UpdateNathan from ACE Autos got in contact and was very understanding and helpful, they organized with a matter of hours to get my car inspected and fixed and on the road. Delighted with attention and after care I received.

The measure of any business is their service when something goes wrong. We did have an issue with a car purchased but Nathan handled it swiftly with zero quibbles, we couldn't believe how quickly he got it sorted for us.Knowing that any issue will get sorted when buying a second-hand car is great comfort and a warranty in itself. I would highly recommend this company, and would definitely purchase again.
