I am very excited to write a review now , 2 years ago I purchased a Golf 2015 model 1.4 tsi from Ace autos . I must say that the shop owners whoever I met was really nice. The car has been very good... and no complaints at all. I just took it to the first NCT after I bought the car , this month in February 2026 Car passed nct successfully. Absolutely class dealership!I saw a Mazda MX-30 for sale here and looked a fantastic car at a super price. Although we live in Co Galway, we decided to check it out as we were already going to... Dublin to pick up a car for my husband. I fell in love with this car instantly and decided to purchase it there and then. I put down a deposit and we arranged to pay the balance during the week and collect the car the following Saturday. That Monday, I received a call from Nathan at Ace Autos to firm up details and when I mentioned that we'd only be able to collect on Saturday as we were coming from Galway, he said they might be able to help me with delivery (not something they actually offer), as they had a truck coming out to collect a car in Galway that week. As luck would have it, their collection point was about 15 minutes from where I am. He said he would just confirm that it was all ok and let me know. This was a huge deal as it saved us a whole day trip out to get there and back. On Thursday, I spoke to Nathan again, who said they had not 1, but 2 trucks coming out my way (could really not believe my luck). We agreed on the Friday truck bringing my car, as I hadn't done the final payment yet, could only do it that evening. Nathan said he'd phone me that Thursday evening to confirm details of the Friday delivery, as I'd need to leave work for a while to accept delivery. That evening, my phone rang and the guy said he was calling on behalf of Ace Autos, had my car on its way and would I like delivery that evening or prefer the next day. It was the best surprise ever! Got the car delivered that evening and just blown away by these guys, who are the definition of "going above and beyond". It was the most amazing experience, and I am absolutely a customer for life now!read more
